The Law is elaborated aiming at the
implementation of the measures on preparation for the Final Part of Euro 2012
in Ukraine
that are held for the money of the Stabilization Fund.
According to the Bill it is implemented that the National Bank of Ukraine in the year 2009 directs to the State Budget of Ukraine excelling of estimated income over the estimated expenses of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The law implements that the register of the objects and the scope of the budget funds that would be directed in the implementation of the "State Program Realization on Preparation for the Final Part of the European Football Championship in Ukraine" and the general money administrators are nominated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the coordination with the Verkhovna Tada of Ukraine Committees on Budget Matters, Finance and Banking Activity".
